Review highlights
Based on 1,940 reviewsPeter Piper Pizza in Alamo, TX, is frequently recognized for its lively atmosphere and family-friendly environment, particularly appealing for children's birthday parties. Guests appreciate the variety of games and interactive entertainment options, which contribute to an engaging experience. The food quality is generally regarded as good, with pizza often described as tasty, though occasional inconsistencies in preparation are noted. Service tends to be friendly and patient, but some reviews highlight a need for improved staff training, especially regarding inquiries about gift cards or purchases. Comparisons with competitors suggest that while Peter Piper Pizza provides solid value and enjoyable activities, it may lack some of the extras and polished atmosphere found at similar venues. Overall, the location is favored for casual family outings where fun and gaming are central to the visit.
Birthday parties are fast and furious and extremely fun for the kids!
I'd say the atmosphere is pretty great because I kept winning the jack pot at pop the lock. The food was pretty good, except for when the cheese fell all over my plate, that aside it tasted good though. For the service, there isn't really all the much for them to do, other than giving the food and cashing out the play cards.
Love the variety in games. I do have a Peter Piper that is closer to my home but I rather drive all the way over here. The staff definitely needs some updated information training on purchasing items such as gift cards because they did seem to appear confused and didn't know if they even sold any gift cards. But other than that confusion , the staff is very kind and very patient.
I like it because this is pizza is yummy 100000000000 and we have a good time to get it done by my phone this morning and mock tomorrow morning and mock tomorrow morning
It’s average, depending on what your there for, I compared birthday party packages with Chucke Cheese and you get a lot more for your money and a nicer atmosphere, more games, a trampoline, and for birthdays Chucke Cheese has better add on’s and overall extras like gift bags for kids, a visit and Happy birthday song played for your child, a chance to go into the place where you catch money for 60 seconds, and they decorate the tables which isn’t an extra cost. PPP just offered A host and two tables for two hours, if you wanted them to decorate the table it was extra, nothing else was offered or included. My kids school went here for there field trip, they overbooked that day so anyone that didn’t have a birthday or school reserved had to wait for somewhere to sit, a lot of the games were out of order, tables that were available were dirty with food and trash. I’m pretty sure they prioritize making money over the quality of your visit.
I haven’t had a complaint so far. I’ve done my babies parties here and it’s very nice and staff very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious! The wings and pizza are so good. The salad when I go for the buffet also super fresh.
